Our easy five-step process

Step 1

We have an initial chat to see if we can assist you. If we can, we ask you to send us the required documents via our secure online portal

Step 2

We do a borrowing analysis and then have a strategy session with you to dig deep into your needs, objectives and requirements

Step 3

We send you a Loan Strategy Proposal outlining our recommendations. Application and signing are typically done electronically.

Step 4

We keep you informed on progress up until settlement. We then arrange a post-settlement call to discuss anything you’re unsure of.

Step 5

We keep our eye on the ball and reach out for annual assessments to ensure your loan still meets your needs and is helping you hit goals.
